How to care for your swimwear

Before wearing it is recommended to hand rinse the swimwear

Do not machine wash the items as this will damage the material

Do not iron

Hand wash in cold water only

Lay swimwear flat and out of direct sunlight to dry

My Package hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please get in touch with the postal service using the tracking number. If no tracking service was selected please email hello@summerdreamsswim.com with your order number and contact details.

My items are damaged.

In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing problem or fault with one of the garments please get in touch with our returns team at returns@summerdreamsswim.com and we will assist with the issue. If you are unsure on our returns policy please view before sending back items.

I entered the wrong shipping details, can I change them?

The shipping details can only be changed before the item/s have left the store. If an item has already been shipped to an incorrect address please get in contact with us at hello@summerdreamsswim and we will do our best to help you out.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, as long as all of the labels and sanitary stickers are not removed from the item we can exchange for another size.
