My Package hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please get in touch with the postal service using the tracking number. Also please email with your order number and contact details and we will endeavour to help locate the parcel.

My items are damaged.

In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing problem or fault with one of the garments please get in touch with our returns team at and we will assist with the issue. If you are unsure on our returns policy please view before sending back items or just simply send us an email.

I entered the wrong shipping details, can I change them?

The shipping details can only be changed before the item/s have left the store. If an item has already been shipped to an incorrect address please get in contact with us at hello@summerdreamsswim and we will do our best to help you out.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, as long as all of the labels and sanitary stickers are not removed from the item we can exchange for another size.
