Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only available for products with manufacturing faults or incorrect item received
There are no refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To be deemed as unused the item must be in the following condition:
- No makeup stains or marks
- Hygiene sticker attached
- Original tags attached
- Not damaged in anyway
- No odor
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, however if you have ordered the wrong size please get in touch with us. As all stock is very limited we will do our best to exchange your item for a different size. Send us an email at email@example.com before you send back the items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Presale items will be shipped as soon as possible, no later than 2 months after date of purchase.
